Tokyo International Airport (IATA: HND) is one of the two main airports serving the Greater Tokyo Metropolis. It also serves as a hub for two major local airlines, Japan Airlines (Terminal 1) and All Nippon Airways (Terminal 2), as well as Air Do, Skymark Airlines, Solaseed Air and StarFlyer. The airport is located in the Ōta district of Tokyo, 14 kilometers south of Tokyo Station.

Haneda hosted 75,316,718 passengers in 2015. It is the third busiest airport in Asia by passenger volume and the fifth busiest airport in the world after Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Beijing Capital International Airport (Asia's busiest), Dubai International Airport and O'Hare International Airport. After its expansion in 2010, it has the capacity to host 90 million passengers annually. With Haneda and Narita combined, Tokyo has the third busiest airport system in the world, after London and New York.
