If you are not afraid, brave and have a dark eye, Dungeon is just for you... Scary characters, sounds, lights and effects that make your heart flutter await you in this dark dungeon.
Rules
- The ticket is valid only on the selected date.
- Tickets are only for Turkish citizens. Visitors may be asked for identification at the entrance. Tickets for foreigners are purchased at the entrance.
- Ticket prices are only for TURKISH CITIZENS. Foreign citizen buy ticket at box office.
- You should keep your Safari and Dungeon entrance ticket with you until the end of your visit.
- Tickets must be original, have an issue date on them, and be presented before this date. May be present when the officer requests identification and a matching signature if necessary. Legal action will be taken regarding fake tickets or fraudulent use.
- Souvenirs, Food & Drink, Photo Service and Safety Lockers are not included in the daily entry ticket price of Safari and Dungeon. These services are subject to a separate fee.
- For Safari and Dungeon tickets, ticket refunds and cancellations cannot be made.
- Companions are responsible for their accompanying persons and visitors under the age of 15 (fifteen) are not allowed to enter the park alone. A visitor under the age of 15 (fifteen) cannot have a companion under the age of 18 (eighteen).
- A sold ticket / annual pass cannot be transferred to anyone else and cannot be resold.
- Tickets given as gifts in social media, campaigns, event and fair organizations cannot be sold to someone else for money or offered for sale on social media channels and online. Offered tickets are cancelled.
- It is prohibited to bring food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages into the Safari and Dungeon area.
- It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, weapons, cutting and explosive objects into the Safari and Dungeon area.
- It is forbidden to bring pets to the Safari and Dungeon park area.
- It is forbidden to enter with frisbee, ball and similar objects that may pose a danger to visitors and/or obstacles to officials, as well as scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller skates and similar equipment that may affect pedestrian traffic.
- Penal action regarding violating behaviors in areas where smoking is not allowed is specified in accordance with Law No. 4207 and related laws.
- Safari and Dungeon management or person(s) authorized by the management; In the event that the peace and security in the Safari and Dungeon area are endangered due to theft, aggressive behavior, violation of all rules, failure to follow the specified security rules, due to errors in waiting, visitors have the right to prevent their entrance and/or remove them.
- All photographs taken, video and audio recordings taken by you are for your private use only. Their commercial use, reproduction or production for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without our written permission.
- For security reasons, our park is monitored with a camera system.
- Units in Safari and Dungeon have limitations such as health status, weight, height, age and companion requirement for your safety and comfort.
- Apart from these, special restrictions are shown on rule signs and are checked by officials. You are responsible for paying attention to and complying with these restrictions.
- Visitors must be in good health and free from any potential medical conditions. Fear of the dark, snake-spider fear, etc. It is not suitable for guests with phobias or panic attacks to use the Safari and Dungeon park.
- Entertainment units always carry a certain risk. By your participation you accept the inherent risks of which a prudent person should be aware. You should take this into consideration and behave correctly when using entertainment units. It is mandatory to comply with the written warnings, limitations and verbal warnings of the staff in the units.
- Responsibility for valuable items belongs to the visitor. There are lockers available for a fee.
- Safari and Dungeon management may change the working hours of Safari and Dungeon or related areas when necessary, without notice, without prior notice and without the right to refund or compensation. It may close Safari and Dungeon, or temporarily restrict access to any part of it, suspend entries.
- Entertainment units, terrariums and aquariums in Safari and Dungeon may be affected by maintenance and cleaning works. You can get information from Safari and Dungeon staff about the units that are closed during the day.
- All our animals are fed very carefully and with special foods by our expert teams. Please do not try to feed it.
