Although Sinop, located at the northernmost point of Turkey, is a city that has always been on the agenda with its prison, it is also a city that can be preferred for summer tourism with its untouched beaches.

This prison, where Sabahattin Ali also served time, became a frequent destination for people visiting Sinop. The song "Aldırma Gönül" was written in this prison.
