  • Pothia Castle: It is the center of Kalymnos. Most of the island's population lives here. It will be very enjoyable to get lost in the streets of Pothia, the liveliest place of the center. This 15th-century castle sits atop the island's capital, Pothia, and offers stunning views.
  • Kalymnos Archaeological Museum : The Archaeological Museum, located in Pothia, the center of the island, was opened in 2005. It hosts the "Lady of Kalymnos" statue, one of the rare examples of Hellenistic Sculpture art. Many works such as marble, sculpture, coins, ceramics, jewelery and manuscripts from the Byzantine period before Christ and after Christ continue to be exhibited in the museum.
  • Chrysocheria Castle: Chrysocheria castle is on a hill overlooking the village of Chorio, the old capital of Klimnos. Entry is free.
  • Agios Savvas Monastery: Agios Savvas Monastery is located on a hill above the town of Pothia, the center of Kalymnos. It has an impressive appearance with its red tiled roof and stone building. It offers a perfect view towards the town, the harbor and the sea.
  • Vathy Village : This traditional village is famous for its narrow streets and whitewashed houses. It has places where you can feel Greek history and culture deeply.
