Flight Schedule:
- Flight duration is around 45 – 65 minutes.
- All our passengers are given a certificate as a souvenir of the day.
- Our guests are picked up from their hotels free of charge before the flight and taken back to their hotels free of charge after the flight.

Cancellation Conditions and Money Back Guarantee:
- After the purchase, your reservation is submitted to Atmosphere Balloon approval. The company has the right to confirm or reject the reservation. After your ticket is approved, company officials will reach you. If your reservation is not confirmed, the full amount withdrawn from your card will be refunded to your card.
- In case of cancellations to be made by you, if you inform us in writing up to 24 hours before the flight, no fee is charged. Cancellations made after this period or not participating in the flight are subject to full payment within the scope of last minute cancellation.
- Since the flight is completely dependent on weather conditions and it cannot be guaranteed that the balloon can fly before the flight day, a full refund is made for flights canceled due to bad weather conditions.
COVID-19 Precautions:
Transfer:
In order for the guests to reach the area, the transfer vehicles first arrive at the hotels or at the predetermined points. All transfer vehicles and transfer companies must have a fever measuring device calibrated by TSE, a scale for recording, gloves, masks, hand antiseptics, disinfectant mats.
- The vehicle captain measures the temperature of each guest before getting on the vehicle and writes the HES CODE fever degree of the guests next to their name, surname and nationality on the scale in his hand. If everything is normal during the temperature measurement, the captain accepts the guests to the vehicle.
- Guests disinfect their hands with a hand antiseptic that will be placed right at the door of the vehicle.
- There is no restriction on transfer vehicles or quota on seats. As is known, the TR Ministry of Health and Scientific Committee Members have removed the quota requirement for all transfer vehicles in our country. There are no restrictions on buses, airplanes, public transportation vehicles in and out of the city.
- The document showing the fever of the guests created by the vehicle driver is signed by the captain and delivered to the manager of the balloon operating company, who is the approval authority. The company manager approves these lists and keeps them in the form of folders.
- The person responsible for the transfer takes the guests to the balloon and waits for the operation to end.
Breakfast:
No breakfast is served during the Covid19 pandemic. All common materials such as communal dispensers, tea pots, teaspoons and sugars are prohibited.
Mask, Glove and Antiseptic use and control:
Guests will be required to use masks and gloves by the ground crew chiefs of the balloon company. While the pilots are busy with balloon inflation and other safety measures, ground crew chiefs will inspect whether all guests comply with the mask, distance and cleaning rules. Necessary materials are supplied by the company for the guests who do not have masks or gloves. There is antiseptic on at least one pole of each balloon basket.
Basket Placement:
While the guests are taken to the basket, members of the same family are taken to each compartment. Family members are never placed in separate compartments. There is no restriction on the number of people in the basket. According to the current circulars of the Ministry of Health and the Scientific Committee of the Republic of Turkey, no quota is imposed since there are no restrictions on airplanes, public transport or hotels, and the balloon activity is carried out completely in the open air. The total capacity figures of the basket in the circular are maintained throughout Covid19.
Descent from the basket
The Ground Crew and the pilot do not make any hand contact with the guests to land them in any way to avoid close range. Each basket must contain at least 4 ladders. Guests perform their own cart abandonment actions.
Champagne Party
At the end of the flight, a champagne party is held in accordance with the Covid-19 measures and a flight certificate is given to the guests.
