10 Rules of Packing Suitcases

When you spend more than a decade on the road, you come across some strange questions. The biggest question mark is about preparing a bag, such as what to take, what not to take, and where to put it. I visited many places, but each time I returned I realized that I could go with less load. Now let's save you some trouble and start with the simple things I learned. Packing suitcases is an art. :) Now let's look at the List of 10 Rules for Packing Suitcases ;

10 Rules of Packing Suitcases

  1. Golden Rule: Take half the clothes you plan to take with you and twice the amount of money. I can't even tell you how true this is.
  2. Only take as much stuff as you can fit into a suitcase. Even though it's annoying, we've all lost luggage before. But when the weather in Poland is 3 degrees and you are wearing those terrible sweaters that you insist on wearing on long flights, hearing the sentence "We will find your suitcase and send it to you as soon as possible" can spoil your mood on your first day. Also, no offense Poles, but a complete wardrobe makeover in Warsaw might not exactly be what you want to spend your travel budget on. This also means you have a piece of rolling luggage that is priceless.
  3. If you need to check your luggage, ask staff to put a 'fragile' label on it. In this way, it will be easier for you to reach your suitcase and your suitcase will be placed at the top among the other suitcases and will be the first one to leave the plane. Also, yours is not the only black suitcase on the plane, so put a label or a red ribbon on your suitcase, anything that will help you recognize it in a crowd. Think Airport security is scary these days? Let's try going through customs with someone else's luggage.
  4. Mix and match. Get Three t-shirts and Three bottoms. This makes 9 teams.
  5. Books are sexy. So are vinyl records, but give yourself some extra space, fill your e-book reader with the country guides you need, and keep your iPod with you.
  6. Don't be a diva . If you are one of those people who travel with their own hair dryer (and do not use the hotel's one), then I can recommend you a weekend in the smoky mountains above the Alps.
  7. Coats and sweaters take up a lot of space and weigh you down. If you are not going to Russia in the middle of winter, dressing like cabbage will be enough for you.
  8. Stay away from jeans if you can. This is very important, actually I should have moved this to the second point. Jeans trap dirt, take up too much space, and take days to air dry. Cotton and khaki are the best options.
  9. If you have a valuable item that you cannot fit into your backpack, leave it at home. Wherever you go, your belongings can be stolen. No matter how cumbersome it is, I always carry my belongings such as my computer and camera in my backpack and in crowded places.
  10. In every country I have visited, soap is also sold, shampoo, socks, t-shirts, anything you forget . Here are the 10 rules of packing. We hope you can travel comfortably and have fun.
One last thing: those plastic garden shoes that have somehow become an accepted trend in shoe fashion? Do your country a favor…don't use it.
