Cancellation, Refund and Change

Cancellation, change and suspension of Cyprus ferry tickets can be made. However, depending on how much time is left until the departure time, a partial refund may be made according to the rules of the ferry companies.
You can cancel and change your ticket online by inquiring on the Ferry Ticket Reservation Inquiry page. After entering and querying your PNR code and surname on the page that opens, you can complete your transactions by clicking on the "Cancel" or "Change Trip" buttons on the screen that appears, completing the necessary steps via the link.

You can make date/time and route changes in change operations.
Akgünler Maritime Cancellation Rules;
  • You can cancel your ferry ticket without penalty within the first 24 hours after purchasing it (except if there are less than 24 hours until the departure time).
  • You can cancel your ticket with a 25% deduction up to 24 hours before the departure time.
The following rules apply in the last 24 hours before the departure time;
  • Tickets cannot be suspended or date/time changes cannot be made unless there is a valid reason 24 hours before the departure time.
  • Tickets can be canceled with a 50% deduction up to 6 hours before the departure time.
  • Tickets can be canceled with a 75% deduction within the last 6 hours before the departure and date/time changes cannot be made under any circumstances.
  • Only the tax amount will be refunded for tickets canceled after the departure time. After the departure time, tickets that have not yet been canceled or changed are in the status of "unusable" and only the tax amount will be refunded.

In case of ticket cancellations, Bilet.com initiates the refund process without delay, but the reflection of the refund amount to your account may vary depending on the bank and card type .

It may take 1-7 business days for the refund amount to be reflected on your credit card by the bank, and 1-23 business days for it to be reflected on your account card.
Ferry company; It may change the flight date and time due to adverse weather conditions, technical difficulties or on its own initiative. In case of flight changes and cancellations , you will be informed via SMS and e-mail to your registered mobile phone and e-mail address . It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that the registered contact information is accurate and accessible until the departure time.
In case of date/time change and flight cancellation, when the new date does not fit the passenger's schedule;
  • You can make a one-time change to a voyage with the same route and ship type, free of charge .
  • You can change the voyage to a different route or a different ship type by paying the price difference,
  • You can convert your ticket into an open ticket valid for 1 year after the date of purchase,
  • Passengers who do not want to use any of the options presented above can cancel their ticket and receive a full refund of the amount they paid .

You can change or cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before the departure time.

Price differences may occur when changing dates and routes. If you want to change your ticket to a higher priced flight, you must pay the price difference. For changes made to a lower priced flight, the price difference will not be refunded.

You can open your ticket without penalty up to the last 24 hours and use it within 12 months from the date of purchase.
