3. Air tickets cannot be booked for single children on Bilet.com. It is absolutely necessary to book a flight ticket with 1 adult, 1 over 65 years old or 1 student passenger. Infant passengers (0-2 years old) travel on lap, airlines do not reserve seats for infant tickets.

4. Online ticket purchases from Bilet.com can be made with all bank cards and the 3D Secure system is mandatory. You can learn the necessary information about the use of 3D Secure from your bank. 10. After payment, your trip will be considered final. Cancellations and changes that you will make in your reservation record and flight ticket will be processed in accordance with the rules and conditions of the relevant airline. The user accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she is obliged to comply with the written rules and notify these rules to the passengers with whom he/she has made a reservation or purchased tickets, and that Bilet.com shall not be responsible for any complaints and grievances that may arise otherwise.

11. Airlines may charge additional fees for baggage, airport boarding (check-in), preferred seat selection, in-flight entertainment & communication systems, wheelchair service, food, beverages and snacks. Such additional services may not be included in the flight ticket, in such a case additional fees must be paid directly to the airline. Our company is not responsible for such additional costs that may arise.

12. 21. It is strictly forbidden to make inquiries under a false name. Penalty notifications to be made from the airline regarding inquiries under a false name will be invoiced to the passenger. The passenger is deemed to have accepted to pay this amount.

Flight Ticket Cancellation and Refund Conditions

1. Changes, cancellations and refunds for reservations made on Bilet.com, including domestic and international flights, must be made by the user through Bilet.com or its contracted agency, through the telephone numbers provided on Bilet.com. In case the aforementioned transactions are made directly through the airline from which the ticket is purchased, the changes made will not be displayed in the user's records within Bilet.com. In this case, all the details about the flight must be followed on the airline from which the change was made and the ticket was purchased. In such a case, the e-mails and SMS sent by the contracted agency regarding the ticket purchased from Bilet.com and/or Bilet.com are not liable.

2. Refund and cancellation penalty fee will be applied for purchased airline tickets within the framework of airline cancellation rules.

3. All responsibility for cancellations and refunds for tickets purchased from Bilet.com belongs to the user who purchased the ticket.

4. The Service Fee collected during ticketing will not be refunded, and no additional service fee will be charged for refunds.

5. Promotional tickets cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. If the airlines initiate a different application in terms of changes and cancellations, the current application will be taken into account.

7. Refunds of refundable flight tickets are made only to the bank card used in ticket purchases. If the cardholder;

BUS TICKET SALES SERVICES:

A. B. The user purchases the right to purchase a bus boarding pass/ticket on www.bilet.com. The User must receive the Financial Passenger Ticket from the ticket sales points of the Carrier Company by presenting the printout of the boarding pass/ticket purchase right by the User on www.bilet.com. The Financial Passenger Ticket is issued only by the Carrier.

C. Boarding passes contain all the information on financial passenger tickets. Financial passenger tickets can be purchased from the carrier company branch at the bus station where the flight will take place, one hour before the boarding time. The boarding pass, which turns into a financial passenger ticket, loses its validity. All transactions related to the ticket are made on the financial passenger ticket.

D. Tickets/boarding pass purchased on www.bilet.com are only valid for the date, time and route written on it. Tickets that are not used on the day, time and route written on them and that are not used on time (not converted into Financial Passenger Tickets) will be deemed invalid. An unused boarding pass is postponed to the desired date or converted into Open Money to be used within 90 days, when an application is made to Biletall 24 hours before the departure time. J. Financial Passenger Tickets can be received from the Carrier's ticket sales points until the departure time. However, it is recommended that the Financial Passenger Ticket be received at the latest 30 (thirty) minutes before the departure for any mishap or delay. In order for the Financial Passenger Ticket to be delivered to the User, the credit card used in the purchase of the Ticket from www.bilet.com and the picture identity document of the person for whom the Ticket is issued must be submitted to the Carrier Company official. A Ticket that turns into a Financial Passenger Ticket loses its validity. All transactions related to the ticket are made on the Financial Passenger Ticket.

K. Tickets cannot be refunded after the trip has taken place.

* No changes or cancellations can be made if there is less than 1 hour before the departure time.

* Baggage allowance per person is 20 kg.

* Discount categories (Child, student, disabled, 65+, press, veteran) are valid on BIZ tickets.

* In cases where there is more than 12 hours before the departure time, ticket changes or refunds can be made without penalty.

* In cases where the departure time is between 12 hours and 1 hour, 30% of the ticket amount can be deducted, and ticket changes or refunds can be made only within the current flight schedule and period.

* Changes cannot be made when there is less than 1 hour before the departure time.

* Baggage allowance per person is 30 kg.

FIRST CLASS

* The price of the special FIRST CLASS ticket valid for 4 people on the Yenikapı-Bursa route includes 1 car or jeep and 4 people.

* The price of the special FIRST CLASS ticket valid for 8 people on the Yenikapı-Bandırma line includes 2 cars or jeeps and 8 people.

* Discount categories (Child, student, disabled, 65+, press, veteran) are not valid on FIRST CLASS tickets.

OBLIGATIONS OF PASSENGERS

GREEK ISLANDS FERRY REFUND / CANCELLATION TERMS AND GENERAL RULES

1) CHECK – IN

3. Subject of the Agreement The subject of this Agreement is to determine the scope of the Services to be provided to the User by Digital Trade and the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding these services. This Agreement is a determinative framework agreement for all agreements prepared for the Services offered by Digital Trade. The provisions regarding the use of Istanbulkart in public transportation vehicles are regulated in the Istanbulkart Regulation, which is an annex to the Agreement.

4. Service Principles 4.1. The User will be able to benefit from the services offered by Belbim through the Electronic Money/Payment Account to be created with Belbim and/or the Payment Tools to be allocated to him, as stated below.4.2. The user submits the information and documents regarding the requested service to Belbim through the channels determined by Belbim. During account opening, Belbim, within the framework of the principle of knowing the customer and depending on whether the User is a real or legal person, TR Identity / Trade Registry No, Name Surname / Title, Address Information, Tax No, Signature Circular etc. reserves the right to request information and documents. Belbim reserves the right to request different information and documents from the User and to determine their transmission channels according to the nature of the service provided and the provisions of the relevant legislation. 4.3. User 4.2. Belbim reserves the right to refuse the User's request to use the Service, even if it submits the information and documents in the article to Belbim. 4.4. The user shall obtain istanbulkart or other payment instruments valid in the system only from channels authorized by Belbim (Representatives, İBMs, istanbulkart website, Belbim or Representative Service Points), and these payment tools are istanbulkart website/mobile application and Belbim internet. It will be able to fill through the Filling Points (Representatives, İBMs, Belbim or Representative Service Points) published on the website. 4.5. The user must ensure that the devices to which he will refill his istanbulkart or spend from his istanbulkart are original (with Belbim logo) devices, kiosks belonging to Belbim Representatives or Member Businesses, or the devices where the transaction is made (ODM, POS Machine, Bank ATM, etc.). ) It will be noted that it belongs to the Member Establishments/Representatives announced on the website of Belbim. 4.6. Belbim services; It is at the sole discretion of Belbim to decide on the supply, scope, methods and continuing to provide services with these methods, adding new methods or removing some methods. 4.7. Within the scope of its services, Belbim will define the amounts it has delivered to itself or its Representatives for the purpose of issuing e-Money/Depositing Money to the Payment Account pursuant to the instruction of the User as e-Money to the Payment Tool of the User and/or transfer it to the Payment Account; will also send the e-Money and/or the amount in the Payment Account to the Buyer/Buyer's Payment Service Provider in line with the User's Payment Order. 4.8. Belbim may set limits for the card, mobile phone, password and similar personal tools (Payment Tool) used by the User for the transactions (filling/spending order) to be performed within the scope of the Service, change or cancel the limits it has determined. The User agrees that he/she is bound by the transaction limit rules determined by Belbim or the relevant legislation -until Belbim makes any changes- and cannot perform any transactions over this limit. Belbim will be able to update transaction limits at any time by making a notification at www.istanbulkart.istanbul. 4.9. The transaction limit of one-time transactions and monthly total transactions to be made within the scope of this Agreement will be determined by Belbim and these limits may be revised at any time. Limits for Istanbulkart Services are available in the link (www.istanbulkart.istanbul), but for Users whose identity has not been confirmed, the limits are as specified in the MASAK Legislation. The user agrees that he will not perform any transactions outside the limits set by Belbim.

4.10. In case the transaction limits exceed the amounts specified in the Regulation or MASAK Legislation, to the points determined by Belbim (IBM and Representative Points) in order to verify the identity of the User, personally or through their representatives (proxy, legal representative, parent, guardian, etc.). It is required to submit an application, provide the information and documents requested by Belbim, and sign this Agreement in person or approve it via remote communication tools. 4.11. Regarding anonymous cards; In cases where the payment instrument cannot be closed for use or subsequent uses cannot be prevented, in case the payment instrument is lost, stolen or used against the User's will, even if a notification is made by the User, Belbim's Payment Services and Electronic Money Issuance and Payment Institutions and Electronic Money Institutions are subject to 44 of the Regulation. It has no obligations and responsibilities in terms of the relevant provisions of the Regulation, particularly the fourth paragraph of Article 45 and the fifth paragraph of Article 45. Except for the cases where Belbim has not taken any measures to make the notification, the notification cannot be made to ALO 153 or the Belbim Customer Services line, Belbim is unable to freeze the payment account or disable the payment instrument, all liability, especially the damages arising from the use of the payment instrument, is entirely the User. It belongs to. 4.12. In the event that Belbim cannot prove that it is authorized in the payment transaction, in anonymous payment instruments/cards or for other reasons arising due to the characteristics of the payment instrument; The burden of proving that he did not approve the payment transaction, that the transaction was not recorded correctly and was not recorded in the accounts will be on the User, and also the fifth and sixth paragraphs of Article 45 of the Regulation will not be applied. In this case, Belbim does not have any liability and responsibility regarding the said paragraphs, and all liabilities and responsibilities belong entirely to the User. 4.13. In case of loss or theft of anonymous payment instruments/cards, the responsibility lies entirely with the User. It has been accepted by the User that these cards/payment tools can be used and refilled by others. Blacklist, transfer, return etc. for anonymous istanbulkarts. transactions will not be made. If personal cards are lost or stolen, the card will be forfeited. The responsibility of the undeclared cards belongs to the cardholder. 4.14. The user shall protect the payment instruments/card against theft and loss, shall not give them to anyone else, shall not allow them to be used, and shall not use someone else's card. Belbim cannot be held responsible for such situations and consequences. The user will deliver the cards he finds to Belbim contact points, member workplaces, representatives and notify them to the ALO 153 line.

5. Since the order transactions cannot be canceled in istanbulkart uploads made through Bilet.com, Bilet.com does not bear the responsibility for the transactions made without the cardholder's knowledge of the payment card. In this case, the responsibility belongs to the user/cardholder and all responsibility, especially the damages arising from this situation, belongs to the User.
