What is Istanbulkart Number?
The Istanbulkart number is a singular number similar to the credit card number that serves to distinguish cards from each other. It is a 16-digit number on the front of your card or a 14-digit number starting with 04 on the back of your card. Both of these numbers can bu used for loading.

My Istanbulkart Number Can Not Be Read, What To Do?
Firstly you can use the 16-digit number on front of the card as your Istanbulkart number. If this number can not be read, you can use the 14-digit number starting with 04 on the back of the card as the card number. If this number can not be read too, you can learn these two numbers by scanning the QR code on the card.
How To Enter Istanbulkart Number?
You can enter your Istanbulkart number in 3 ways:
- Enter the 16-digit number on the front of your Istanbulkart in the box
- Enter the 14-digit number starting with 04 on the back of your Istanbulkart in the box
- On the create instruction page, select a card number, which is saved to your Bilet.com account, from the Istanbulkart list
