Ticket Types:

• Adult : Age 12+
• Child : 2-11 years old
• Student : Age 6+
• Baby : 0-1 Years

We are with you again! Our center is open to visitors on weekdays and weekends from 11:00 to 20:00, and the last entrance is at 19:00 .
Valid only for Turkish citizens. Guests who do not show their ID card at the box office will not be accepted. (Tickets are valid only for Turkish citizens.)

• Madame Tussauds Istanbul is open to visitors on weekdays and weekends between 10:00 and 20:00, and the last entrance is at 19:00.
• Time and day selection is made due to technical reasons and it is not mandatory to use the ticket at the selected time.
• This ticket is valid for 30 days from the day of purchase.
• Purchased tickets cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances after the selected ticket date has passed.
• This ticket is for a single person and provides only one entry.
• Child guests cannot enter the center without being accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
• Free child tickets are valid for 0-24 months. Paid child tickets can be used for children between the ages of 2-12. Adult tickets are available for guests aged 18 and over.
• By purchasing the entrance ticket, the visitor accepts the terms and conditions of visit determined by Istanbul Sualtı Dünyası A.Ş./Merlin Entertainments Turkey Management.
• Tickets provide one-time entry to the relevant centre. The ticket will be invalid when leaving the center.
• Purchased tickets cannot be used for commercial purposes, cannot be changed, returned or sold. Promotions and campaigns on ticket prices cannot be combined.
• Entrance for children aged 0-24 months is free. It is mandatory to present an ID for free entry.
• Paid child tickets are available for children aged 2-12. Visitors between the ages of 2 and 12 can enter the centers with an adult over the age of 18.
• Tickets purchased for the same day have a 20% discount, and tickets purchased for a later date have a 35% discount.
• The security of personal belongings during the visit is the responsibility of the visitors.
• The management has the right to refuse entry to a visitor who behaves inappropriately or to remove the visitor from the center without a refund.
• If the products in the centers are deliberately damaged, the center has the right to claim financial damages.
• The use of tobacco and its derivatives is prohibited in the centres. It is not allowed to enter with food and drinks brought from outside.
• Due to the characteristics of the products in the centers, it is forbidden to enter with pets.
• Photos and videos taken at the centers cannot be used for commercial purposes.
• Visiting hours may be changed by periodic decisions. For current hours, you can call the call center or visit the website.
