• Organization owner institutions and/or organizations have the right to change places in the venues and/or concert halls where the concert will be held, in case they deem appropriate in the seating arrangement and plan.
• The User accepts that he/she complies with the age limit rules applicable to the event for the tickets he/she has purchased on Bilet.com. Proof of ID will be required at the venue of the ticket purchased for age limits.
• In the event that there is a discount ticket definition for the event and a ticket is purchased with the discounted ticket option, the User accepts and undertakes that he/she is subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, the ID of the purchased ticket will be required at the event venue.
• In case of being late for the event, Bilet.com is in no way responsible for taking the user to the event venue.
