Rules

  • Tickets that are not used on the day and time are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or change the ticket price and service fee. No request can be made to Bilet.com for the refund of tickets not used on the day and time.

  • If there is a discounted ticket description for the event and a ticket is purchased with the discounted ticket option, the User accepts and undertakes to be subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, it will be mandatory to present identification at the event venue for the purchased ticket.
  • Bilet.com is not responsible in any way for the user to be admitted to the event venue if the event time is late.
  • There is no seat selection on tickets. You can choose from available seats in the event area.
