  • Since the tickets sold are promotional/discounted, seat selection is not made, and the Theater/Organiser will provide you with the most suitable seat at the entrance of the event.
  • Cancellations, refunds and changes cannot be made on purchased tickets.
  • Tickets not used on the day and time are invalid, and it is not possible to refund and/or change the ticket price and service fee. No request can be made from Bilet.com for the refund of the unused tickets on the day and time.
  • If you cannot use your ticket for any reason other than force majeure or cancellation of the event, you can contact Bilet.com at the latest 2 hours before the event time.
  • Organization owner institutions and/or organizations have the right to change places in the venues and/or concert halls where the concert will be held, in case they deem appropriate in the seating arrangement and plan.
  • The user accepts that he/she complies with the age limit rules applicable to the event for the tickets he/she has purchased through Bilet.com. Proof of ID will be required at the venue of the ticket purchased for age limits.
  • In the event that there is a discount ticket definition for the event and a ticket is purchased with the discounted ticket option, the User accepts and undertakes that he/she is subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, the ID of the purchased ticket will be required at the venue.
  • In case of being late for the event, Bilet.com is in no way responsible for taking the user to the event venue.

You can buy the Decay ticket by choosing from the list of events with options and filling in your information.
Tickets for Decay are sold at prices starting from 120 TL.
The PNR number is a special code assigned to each ticket. It consists of a series of numbers and letters containing your information and reservation details.
If the dates on which you purchased the Decay ticket are fixed, it is only valid between those dates. If your Decay ticket is valid until …, it can be used until that date.
On the purchase screen of the Decay ticket, you can see the price list of discount options for children, disabled, over 65, infants and students.
You can look at the location on the map on the middle right side of the screen where you bought the Decay ticket, or you can go to the address at the time of your ticket by typing the address information written in the mail and sms content received after purchasing it into your map applications.
