- Adult, Child, Student, Teacher, Age 65 and Family package tickets are locally promotional tickets. In order to benefit from these tickets, ID must be presented when necessary.
- Children 0-6 years old tickets are free of charge. Children over 6 years old can enter with a ticket. Get your ticket from the reception during your visit.
- Child and Student tickets are valid for our visitors under the age of 25.
- Adult tickets are valid for our visitors aged 25-64.
- Working hours are from 10:00 to 21:30.
- Sapphire Observation Deck is in service every day.
- The tickets purchased are valid only for the exit to the viewing terrace.
- The tickets purchased are valid until 30 July 2023. The validity period cannot be extended and tickets are non-refundable.
- There are no refunds or cancellations of tickets purchased online. Please read all terms carefully.
- Tickets purchased online and promotions and campaigns cannot be combined or used together.
- Online tickets are not suitable for corporate use.
