About BigHug Music Festival 2024

BigHug Festival 2024 will be held for the second time on September 13-14, 2024 at @patagonyaworld, presented by @aurelius.entertainment!

BigHug Festival, an electronic music and camping festival, 2 nights 3 days, 3 stages, 42 electronic music artists, camping, beaches and bays, visual shows, experience areas, delicious food stands, playground, water sports, education, yoga, meditation, workshops are waiting for you to collect unforgettable moments!


*CARAVAN + Combination tickets are limited in number.

Caravan tickets can be purchased in multiples of at least 2 items, they cannot be purchased for a single person.
The price for " 2-Day Combination Ticket + CARAVAN " is 2160 TL for 2 people, 1080 TL per person.


EVENT RULES

  1. No age limit / Participants under the age of 18 can enter with their families.
  2. All participants are required to have their ID with them.
  3. The festival has the right to use photographs and videos of festival participants in promotional materials, and by participating in the festival, the participant accepts the use of this right.
  4. The organizer has the right to remove from the event area, without refund, any person who behaves in a manner that may disturb the peace of the participants or harm the event, from the beginning of the event.
  5. Participants who make a reservation for the festival are deemed to have accepted all security measures, including body and bag searches, as determined by the organizer and security team. Participants who do not wish to comply with these measures will have their entry rights to the area revoked and will not be refunded.
  6. You must have a valid ticket to participate in the festival events. You must purchase your tickets from authorized sales points. Sharing or copying your ticket with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
  7. Participants' IDs will be checked when entering the festival area. You must present a valid ID card or passport. Participants must show their ID to verify their age.
  8. Participants will be subject to security checks when entering the festival area. Your bags and personal belongings may be checked. It is strictly forbidden to carry prohibited items or use dangerous substances.
  9. It is forbidden to bring certain items into the festival area. These include cutting tools, glass bottles, firearms, explosives, narcotics and flammable materials. It is forbidden to bring prohibited items into the festival area.
  10. Cleanliness and environmental awareness are important in the festival area. Proper disposal of garbage and use of recycling points should be encouraged. It is forbidden to damage natural areas or disturb the environment.
  11. There may be cases where certain areas are allowed or restricted within the festival area. It is prohibited to enter these areas without permission or use authorized items.
  12. Event participants accept that photography and video shooting will be done within the event area.
  13. The organization and venue authorities have the right to not allow anyone they deem unsuitable into the festival area.
  14. Particular attention is paid to the balance of the number of women and men, attitude, style, clothing and general suitability, and entrance may not be possible due to these and similar reasons. This decision is entirely at the door's discretion. Our door's decision is final and valid in all circumstances.
  15. The purchased ticket (unless specific written permission is obtained) cannot be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes other than personal use, including but not limited to advertising, competitions, draws, promotions. The ticket used for these purposes will be cancelled and legal action will be initiated.
  16. Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled or changed.
  17. It is strictly forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside into the event area.
